Return Policy

Please contact us at hello@tuccialaplage.com to start an exchange or return.

We offer refunds on full price items that are unworn and are sent back in their original protective bags with all tags and hygienic liners intact within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that are on sale can be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable or ineligible for return.

A $10 restocking fee will apply on all returns.

Terms & Conditions

- All shipments must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Although, feel free to reach out to us and we can arrange a drop off exchange if you are in the Greater Montreal area. 
- Once we receive your exchange it may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship out a new size/item. Once exchanges are shipped we will email you. A $10 restocking fee will apply on all returns. 

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

- Returned within 14 days of your delivery date

- In its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant stains or is dirtied in any way.

• Contains it’s original tags, packaging and hygienic liner intact and unaltered.

- Items purchased on sale can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
